I’m impressed by the quality of the aligners. The detailed info on my treatment plan was given by email. I also have a POC via text, and if needed there is a customer service number. I’m on week two and already see a difference in my teeth! I’m looking forward to the end result this fall!

The impression kit came quickly and was easy to do. The followup customer service was also a plus. Then came the 3d images and that helped me to make the final informed decision. The price is also less than competitors so its a win win.

If the product doesn't work...don't expect any help later! When looking into this product I received multiple friendly texts to help me decide to purchase the product. The package arrived, looked professional, and even though I was nervous I gave it a go. I purchased the night aligners but since I'm working from home, I used them both day and night, only taking them off to eat or drink. I used the vibration took as recommended. Everything seemed to be going great until the last retainer. My upper teeth didn't require too much straightening but didn't quite get to where it was supposed to go, with one tooth still sticking out slightly, but the bottom teeth not only weren't straight...I...
