Byte's process is so seamless and the customer service has been outstanding. I am currently on week 10 of my 12 week treatment and I could not be happier with the results! I once had braces and after time a few teeth have shifted back. I am excited to be almost done and to have my perfect smile back.

Really satisfied with Byte’s customer service. Help to promptly answer any questions I have and keep me posted with tips and next steps in the process. Also great value for the treatment. So much more convenient than going to the dentist’s office and they ship the aligners very quickly. Highly recommend to anyone looking to straighten to their teeth.

Update: Please, please, please go see an actual orthodontist. Byte offers free products for reviews at the beginning of your treatment and are super responsive up until then. Now it takes over a week for a response and it is always a different person who can’t seem to read or find previous emails. I found out toward the end of my treatment that the aligners didn’t fit properly. My teeth did move but are not straight. They do not review progress photos. I was told I needed to reach out to them to review photos because they don’t have an alert system. My smile after having regular braces wasn't perfect, and being unable to visit the orthodontist to adjust my retainers allowed my teeth to shift. I wanted to give invisible aligners a try, so after extensive research, I decided that byte was the right company for me. The experience was pleasant right from the beginning. The quiz was short and easy, and completing the impressions was simple with the help and guidance of my byte advisor! After evaluating my impressions, I was able to qualify for the program and received my aligners after 4 weeks. So far I am absolutely loving this! Not only is everything done virtually (so no office visits), but before I committed to the treatment, they sent me a digital image of what the progress would look like! To my shock, the process is super short and convenient! I’m so excited to see the end result. Oh....and the Hyper Byte really helps with discomfort, which is minimal. And the aligners can’t be seen at all (i’m doing the all day treatment) and I had absolutely no issues with my speech from the very beginning! An added bonus is that the treatment includes retainers and a perfect smile for life!

Byte is amazing. I have been wearing my aligners for 8 weeks and no one has noticed them, not even my college age son or my husband. They have both commented on my hair and my skin--it's like they know something is different but can figure it out. The experience has been great. I am excited to see the final results
