Byte launched its teledentistry platform in 2019 and has since enjoyed remarkable growth in the invisible aligner market. The company's low-cost, guaranteed impression kit, staff of licensed dentists and orthodontists, as well the free product enhancements it offers, make Byte an attractive option for patients who need mild to moderate orthodontic correction.

To get started, patients complete an at-home impression kit and provide photographs to be evaluated through a personalized patient portal. These bite braces are definitely a game changer I think what I love the most is the fact that you get a tool called hyper bite. That in fact stimulates your gums and makes the process speed up! In life things take time but with these aligners I feel like my new smile is just moments away!

Worst company in North America. Worst customer support experience I have ever had personally. I have never had a company lie to me like this before. I had to report them to the BBB. Do not buy anything from this company . They are shockingly horrible.

Do not, under any circumstances buy from this company. I would rate them as a zero if I could. They have the worst customer service. It takes 2 weeks for them to reply with an answer to any question. I paid in full in advance for a 26 week treatment in advance. I have only received 15 weeks of aligners. I have been fighting with their support for 6 weeks to provide the rest of the aligners I paid for in advance. This is the only company I have ever had to report to the BBB.

I’m on week 4 of my 15 week treatment with Byte and so far it’s been great. I was hesitant at first, but when I received my aligners in the mail Byte made it so easy for me to understand my treatment plan. Plus I can already notice a difference and my teeth are whiter from the whitening foam! Can’t wait for my end result.
