Byte launched its teledentistry platform in 2019 and has since enjoyed remarkable growth in the invisible aligner market. The company's low-cost, guaranteed impression kit, staff of licensed dentists and orthodontists, as well the free product enhancements it offers, make Byte an attractive option for patients who need mild to moderate orthodontic correction.

To get started, patients complete an at-home impression kit and provide photographs to be evaluated through a personalized patient portal. Byte aligners have been able to fit pretty comfortable for the most part. However there are still some small air gaps, even when I believe I have done the impression kit correctly.

I was sad that after 4yrs of braces as a kid I was seeing my teeth reverting as I got older-I’m headed into week 5 of my Byte experience and it’s been pretty amazing. I was seeing results by week two in my top teeth and seeing results to my bottom this week. I have a total of 11 weeks to do. I checked with other alignment companies and Byte had the best pricing overall and could do without having to go through a dentist. Looking forward to the end results.

Byte is awesome. I chose Byte for a few reasons 1. It fit my budget 2. My initial impression kit was sent to me quickly and super easy to use 3. The customer service is outstanding. At the beginning of my aligners the initial pain was hard to manage. I reached out to the support staff at Byte and they were empathetic and ready to help me through the process. I’m on week 9 of 15 and the change in my teeth and smile is huge and so exciting... I would recommend Byte to anyone.

The process to get started is amazing easy and seamless! Being assigned a personal customer representative to help through the initial processes is super helpful! It was a great experience to get my impressions and get my plan in place to start the treatment. I would give 5 stars, but as soon as I paid and received my aligners, customer service seemed to disappear. It’s a little disheartening and makes me feel like they really are just worried about getting your money, which I understand they are a business… but when you present with having such fantastic customer service and don’t continue with that same level of service after payment has been received, it can become frustrating.
