Byte launched its teledentistry platform in 2019 and has since enjoyed remarkable growth in the invisible aligner market. The company's low-cost, guaranteed impression kit, staff of licensed dentists and orthodontists, as well the free product enhancements it offers, make Byte an attractive option for patients who need mild to moderate orthodontic correction.

To get started, patients complete an at-home impression kit and provide photographs to be evaluated through a personalized patient portal. Everything has been great since starting about seven months ago with Byte. When I first decided to do a treatment, I looked at Byte, Candid, Invisalign and others and between pricing and reviews, I chose Byte and I'm really happy that I did! The impressions kit was super simple to do and within a few weeks of sending it back, I had my aligners. The instructions are clear and the customer service has been very helpful. My teeth have been a little slower to move and the people that I have had contact with have provided steps and help to make sure that I meet my final goal! Communication has been very poor since the start of the process. Each employee that has helped me has either taken several days-weeks to respond or just stopped responding altogether. The byte aligners don’t seem to be helping my teeth much.
