Byte launched its teledentistry platform in 2019 and has since enjoyed remarkable growth in the invisible aligner market. Definitely the best decision I made going with my BYTE aligners! I’m only 3/4 of the way through my treatment plan and I am completely amazed at the transformation. The ordering process was super easy With guidance on every step, the impressions were very self-explanatory to do at home. My aligners arrived very quickly once my impressions were submitted and accepted . Highly recommend using BYTE aligners!

The process has been pretty seamless and quick getting the aligners and the first couple weeks. I'm on week 15 and there has been good movement on my teeth but not ideal. It has been taking really long with multiple communications and days in between each email before I get a response. After submitting multiple rounds of pictures, the customer service rep just sent me another form to fill out and to re-send the same pictures again. Efficiency is really lacking during the last stretch or if you come across any issues such as the aligners not fitting.
