Byte launched its teledentistry platform in 2019 and has since enjoyed remarkable growth in the invisible aligner market. The company's low-cost, guaranteed impression kit, staff of licensed dentists and orthodontists, as well the free product enhancements it offers, make Byte an attractive option for patients who need mild to moderate orthodontic correction.

To get started, patients complete an at-home impression kit and provide photographs to be evaluated through a personalized patient portal. Once treatment is approved by a dental professional, they will receive a set of aligners. byte uses a technology called Smile Science, created by a Hollywood dentist, to help determine each patient's course of alignment treatment.

Happy with overall experience so far with Byte. The process has been relatively simple. It is hard to tell effectiveness as I am only on the fourth aligner and early in my treatment. One thing they could improve is response time to emails and messages.

Fine at first but customer service takes a long time to get back to you. Unfortunately you have to contact them whenever you finish with their first treatment set and are in limbo until they feel like getting back to you. They should sent the whole treatment at the same time.

Byte aligners have been great ! I’ve waited most of my adult life to get my teeth straightened and have researched all of the options . Byte has the best customer service , easy to complete forms prior to getting your aligners , aligners have fit great with little discomfort and best of all my smile is improving … even after five weeks . I’ve been using the night time aligners and I love them . Can’t wait to see my finished smile !

Best investment I’ve made in 2021. I start week 8 today and I’m very excited. I can see and feel the progress of my smile and it’s amazing. The little notes of inspiration that come with each new aligner is my favorite. I’m very excited for the final results of my treatment.
