Byte launched its teledentistry platform in 2019 and has since enjoyed remarkable growth in the invisible aligner market. I am happy that I have decided to go with byte they are way less expensive than actual braces. I could not afford braces for the price they were giving me, so I decided to go with byte, because my smile wasn’t severe for traditional braces anyway . I am on a payment plan with byte and it’s so affordable and fair.

The only issue that I have, is that the support that I received early on in the process was the support I was hoping and expecting to receive throughout the process. There was someone, who gave me their name, that checked in to ensure that I created my impressions ok, and that I got them in the mail. Then, there was someone, again, they gave me their name, to assist with payment. Now, no one reaches out to see how the process is going for me. Now, if I didn't receive the support that I received at the beginning of the process, then I wouldn't have any expectations or complaints.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The aligners hurt, and they consistently blame you for them not fitting properly on your teeth. And what they don't tell you is that the model that they send you - if your teeth aren't how YOU want them to be - you shouldn't approve it. I have a single tooth that sticks out that none of the aligner move at all. When you look at the model it looks like it's straight but when you turn the model it still sticks completely out. I got to week 13 and I had to completely restart my treatment because of "air bubbles", one aligner was literally hanging off my teeth and they told me to cut the aligners.
