I am currently in the middle of my aligners and I have been happy with my progress. The process was easy to get set up, the aligners have been easy to use and the results have been good so far. Byte has been easy to get a hold of with concerns and respond back quickly. My experience with Byte has been good, would recommend to others to try.

I’m only 1/3 of the way through my treatment plan and like the results so far. My teeth are definitely whiter and getting straighter. The aligners are pretty uncomfortable and make my teeth hurt, but that just means it’s working. Can’t wait to see the results.

It was very easy to order my aligners. You order the impression kit and it arrives in the mail in just a few days. And the instructions on how to create those bite impressions were pretty straightforward, as well. The only reason I don’t give this five stars is because of the lack of in-person check ins along the way. For this service BE SURE to send updated pictures along the way. Why? Because that’s the only way they can monitor your progress and, unfortunately, it’s hard to tell if you’re alignment is on track without this constant check in. Case in point: I didn’t check in for seven weeks and found out my alignment was off and had been for about six weeks. Now I have to do another six... Read More

I've been using byte for quite a bit of time, mostly due to my teeth condition. One thing I really liked about byte was the customer service. Whenever I needed help or needed to redo the impression, they did not hesitate to help out. As for the effectiveness of the aligner, I'd say it depends on how good/bad your teeth are currently aligned.

Although I haven't finished the entire "treatment" yet, I have noticed improvements in my super crowded teeth. What I'd really like to commend is Byte's customer service. They have been responsive, helpful, and supportive since I began working with them. Despite the fact that you never meet their team of Orthodontists in-person, their client care is far more attentive then a visit to the ol' Dentist office once or twice a year. Great company, great design, super convenient, and effective!

I was rather skeptical purchasing aligners on line. Those doubts progressively faded from personable customer service to the overall experience with product itself. I am very, very pleased with the ease of wearing the aligners and the stunning results. Would definitely recommend!
