I'm so impressed with the customer service of Byte. I hit a road block in my treatment and as soon as I let them know what was happening they completely addressed the issues, took me impressions and sent me new aligners and got me right back in track

My teeth are so much straighter. I love it! Even though my program has gone on quite a bit longer than initially planned,(I've had to do a few rounds of different aligners to get them just right), the Byte team has stuck by my side. They've been responsive and helpful to make sure we get it right. I'm so grateful and enjoying my updated smile.

I would recommend Byte to anyone who isn’t completely happy with their smile. I love that I saw great results, quick and without ever having to leave my home. The instructions and process are very clear. The customer service is also great!

I will say at first I was skeptical. I didn't understand how after being told braces would take 4 years, that these "aligners" would be 3 months!? But After 5 weeks, I already saw a difference. Granted, I had to get a re-mold and start a whole new system from week 1 again, but that's because I have strong teeth. The representatives and customer service made it so simple, that I felt like it was all part of the process. Here we are 5 weeks away from the end of my treatment and my teeth already look like I had braces! I've recommended this company to friends, family and co workers. So far, it’s not perfect but it is still pretty good. The aligners fit well, the customer service can be hit or miss with getting through, but I’ve always managed to get small issues resolved quickly after reaching someone. I’m happy I decided to try this.

Only had a positive experience with the Byte Team! They are very helpful and quick to respond to your concerns. My treatment plan is going very well and I can already see the results within weeks. It is a bit painful at first as your teeth start to move but the end results will be worth it. I'm glad to have gone with Byte and will post an update once my treatment is over.

I would recommend Byte! My smile has improved so much! I’m still wearing refinement aligners, but I’m really close and so happy. My top front teeth were out of alignment (along with others), but that is where I have seen the most improvement!

Initially I was excited about Byte. Beautiful packaging, aesthetics, customer service was good. Once I received my aligners, no one called to follow up. Only sent emails even after I reached out with concerns (that I still have) which I can’t always read. Initially, I chose Byte because of those first experiences with product and customer service. Now? I don’t even know what next steps are before retainers even after reaching out several times. I have a tooth that is still out of place. All in all, Byte has nice presentation and is attentive up until the transactional part of the experience is over. I wish they had called to address my concerns.
