Sign up and text/call/email communication at start was fantastic/swift. Issues arose with aligners 16 weeks +. They did not fit and quality was cheaper. Each time I tried to contact a rep it took 5 days to receive a reply. This eventually led to a new impressions kit, not to mention an almost 6 week delay in treatment before my corrected aligners arrived. To my surprise, I also received additional week aligners without notice that my treatment plan was not progressing on track (I'm assuming?). Had I been done by week 15 I would be leaving a glowing 5 star review, but because of the later communication delays, lack of honesty on treatment timeline (realistically about 9 months, not 3... im really happy with the product so far, I’m about 3/4 of the way done with the treatment and I’m seeing very good, noticeable results. I am following the instructions to a T, and using the nighttime program.

Byte offers multiple options and after researching which was best for me. I chose byte by night. I already notice improvements in less than five treatments. It’s incredible how easy the system works and the videos supplied by byte to get started. Byte accepts dental insurance and you should check with your insurance to see your options. If you want to change your smile this company has a great track record and their customer support is second to none.

I love these aligners. Very comfortable and easy to put in and remove. Have also helped to whitened my teeth a little. Can’t wait for the ending results.

I'm seeing changes in my smile with relatively little discomfort. The customer service has been excellent and they are very responsive to questions. I'm glad I went with the Byte at Night plan. It costs a little more, but it's so convenient to only wear it at night. Highly recommend!
