I love this aligner system! I have straighter, whiter teeth with no visit to the dentist. I got my whole treatment at one time which makes the weekly transition so smooth.

If I could leave no stars I would. Absolute crooks. It is sad they provide a “guarantee” and do nothing to make you satisfied. They take no accountability of their aligner treatment plan not working, and are willing to let you go on your merry way without actually straightening your teeth. They told me I’d have to pay an additional $899 on top of the $2400 I paid to fix ONLY my bottom teeth that haven’t moved even a tiny bit. Please, please do yourself a favor, save the money you will waste here and go to a real orthodontist who actually cares about your smile, confidence and the money you pour into it.

My only regret is not doing this sooner. Process was smooth and customer service was excellent. The process took a bit longer than I anticipated, but the byte team worked with me to get back on track. Overall, I am very happy with the investment and the results.

I'm about 2 weeks into my treatment, and my experience so far with Byte has been very positive. They do a great job answering questions upfront, and it's easy to follow the instructions for molding the aligners and using them once they arrive. Customer support is also very responsive. I looked at a few different options for aligners and liked that Byte was an at-home option and that I could choose nighttime only for my treatment, as my job would make it difficult to wear aligners all day.

I am currently in the middle of the byte treatment and overall am satisfied with this company. The whole process of doing the impressions and putting on the aligners was very well explained. The Hyperbyte did kind of help with the discomfort of having the aligners in your mouth which was nice. Aligners came packaged well. And so far treatment has been going pretty well. I do wish there was more availability to schedule a follow up with a clinician. It seems like every time I check the next available date is a month later from now which kind of sucks.
