Byte launched its teledentistry platform in 2019 and has since enjoyed remarkable growth in the invisible aligner market. The company's low-cost, guaranteed impression kit, staff of licensed dentists and orthodontists, as well the free product enhancements it offers, make Byte an attractive option for patients who need mild to moderate orthodontic correction.

To get started, patients complete an at-home impression kit and provide photographs to be evaluated through a personalized patient portal. Easy to work with. Great customer service. Really great results so far. My only complaint is that I was sent 15/15 aligners for my bottom teeth. I thought i was almost done when I hit number 14/15. Then they told me I actually had 18 on the bottom and had to now wait 5-7 weeks to get the last three. That was not made clear before and adds a significant amount of time to my whole program.

When a treatment plan is longer than 15 weeks, we only send the first 15 sets to start. This is so we can do a check-in with you at that point to make sure things are moving in the right direction, and if your teeth are not tracking properly we can make adjustments to the rest of your treatment plan. So far my experience has been a pleasant one. The alignment system has been easy to use and clean. My customer care specialist Jacob has reached out multiple times to see how things are going and recommend tips or products. The Byte box was organized and had clear instructions.

So far Byte has been great. Easy from the start. Got my aligners and goodies and the directions were easy to follow. So far I’ve had good results. I’m not done yet but it’s been an easy process for a fraction of the cost. So far, I would recommend

I haven’t gotten my aligners yet but since I started the process I’ve had three people already talk to me about the plan and the process. They are all supportive and super nice and very excited to be apart of this journey with me. The impression kit came quickly and it was super easy to do. They give you so many different ways to be able to get the best impressions possible before you even start it. I can’t wait to get my aligners so I can start my journey fully with byte!
