I could never have considered in office dental work, even if we didn’t have all these COVID restrictions - with 3 kids I need a smooth and simple process for everything possible! The Byte team have been very helpful and responsive throughout the process and I was surprised to find that everything just works so well, even the at-home imprints I made! I was seeing a difference from the first week and am really happy with my steadily improving smile!

Byte is an exceptionally well run and efficient company. My teeth were a hot mess before I went ahead with treatment plan, but I went ahead and ordered the aligners, and they have straightened my teeth out beautifully. I would one hundred percent recommend this company to help with your teeth. Their customer service is awesome as well!

I got to the final week for my upper aligners and my teeth were resistant to treatment so I had to go back a couple of weeks. They do tell you to keep your aligners but don’t tell you it is probably best to place them back in the package that corresponds to the week. They have a tiny barcode on them that can tell you which it is but not that clear. I ordered the night aligners but wore them during the day as well as at night. If you happen to misplace your aligners it is a whopping $149 to replace each one.. the Bright Byte cleaner is good stuff but will cost you $30 for each small bottle. Considering it is basically mouth wash with some peroxide in it for whitening that’s a pretty hefty... Read More

I love these! They are clear and easy to put in and take out when I eat. Plus, they are invisible so you hardly notice them. I had a terrible orthodontist growing up who made me have braces from 6th grade to 11th grade. I made him take them off for my senior year because I did not want another school picture with braces. Then he gave me a retainer that didn't fit so my teeth shifted. I have been so self conscious about my smile for a long time and with these invisible aligners I don't have to have ugly metal braces on my teeth and they are going to fix my smile where I will be confident smiling in pictures again ☺️

I've enjoyed the opportunity to improve my smile and the Byte support customer service staff have been very helpful. Because I had a tracking problem with my aligners I had to start over after 5 weeks so that has been a bit disappointing in terms of making progress and seeing results. The support team quickly identified the problem and told me what to do to fix it. I followed their advice and am on my third week of getting back on track. I look forward to getting the results I was looking for.
