Byte launched its teledentistry platform in 2019 and has since enjoyed remarkable growth in the invisible aligner market. The company's low-cost, guaranteed impression kit, staff of licensed dentists and orthodontists, as well the free product enhancements it offers, make Byte an attractive option for patients who need mild to moderate orthodontic correction.

To get started, patients complete an at-home impression kit and provide photographs to be evaluated through a personalized patient portal. I called to speak with a rep about an issue I was having and when someone picked up the phone all I heard was chatter in the background for almost a minute before I said, “Hello” and the person responded back saying, “yea”. I remained quiet for a couple of seconds thinking she would adjust her greeting but to no avail so I hung up. The next person didn’t help me either. I was placed on hold for a while and then when they got back to me said someone else would have to call me back to help. Please do better.

I love my aligners. The process was easy and customer service was kind and helpful. The aligners fit well but you can feel the subtle tightness to know they are working. I can already noticed the difference in how my teeth feel and look and I'm only halfway through. Brushing my teeth has become fun and flossing is even more satisfying as my teeth align properly. They check in halfway through the treatment plan to make sure it's working as expected. The packaging is fun and I love the bright byte foam. All in all I'm very happy i chose Byte after researching the different brands available.

I am mid into my week 5 set of aligners. So far I am doing good, and also kind of like the fact that it keeps me from snacking often how I used to , lol, so I actually lost 3 lbs! Overall, this week I noticed a difference in my teeth , I see them changing ! This is exciting and I am becoming more confident in smiling and showing my teeth!
