I was initially pleased with the customer service. I think it was better pre-treatment, but not bad.

Do not waste your money. This is not for everyone. Maybe a young child but not an adult. The aligners separated my front teeth and left a slight gap between my front 2 teeth and the side teeth. It's not good. They don't respond and when they finally do they claim that they're reviewing the issue. I sent a message through facebook and again they state that they'll look into it. They don't. They just ignore and give lip service. Worst customer service. Horrible treatment.
Also, there is no refund. They hope I will just go away.

Byte customer service is super responsive when they are working to get you to commit to purchase but the ABSOLUTE WORST after you paid over $1000 for the treatment plan. I was literally told they were so busy with new customers that there would be a 3-6 week delay in helping me. Wait what??? I’ve already given you my money and now you’re too busy for me. There is absolutely NO PROACTIVE follow-up during treatment which is simply bad business for a product like this. True customer service means being PROACTIVE and Byte functions from a reactive place. My teeth had minimal issues and a 15 weeks plan is now going on 25 weeks because their customer service is non-responsive or SUPER slow... Read More

Because early smile and case is unique, this can vary based on factors including genetics. Very user friendly system, they answer any and all questions and work with you. Very happy with my treatment plan! Byte pay makes it possible for me to make payments over 29 months and it doesnt make me go broke!

Byte is a classic example of you get what you pay for. I decided to go with Byte to straighten my teeth because they had (1) the lowest prices of any competitor, (2) a reputation for exceptional customer service, and (3) the quickest treatment times I could find anywhere. (1) While they did in fact have the lowest prices compared to the treatments I shopped around for, my experience with customer service and treatment times has been disappointing and does not meet my expectations. (2) Each time I have an issue, a new customer service rep responses to an email or calls me back, giving the feeling of little to no consistency in my case. Hi, while the 7-day wear time works for most of our customers, there are times when a longer wear time is necessary. It is our goal to get you to your dream smile, but we understand how frustrating it can be to have an extension of treatment. We hope we can provide some clarification on our processes for you. As stated in your silver instructional booklet, it is vital to hold onto your aligners and not throw any away, as sometimes it is necessary to backtrack. Your dental health and safety is number one to us, so while we may ask you to backtrack or wear a set longer than 7 days, we want to get you to those projected results in the safest way possible.
