Byte launched its teledentistry platform in 2019 and has since enjoyed remarkable growth in the invisible aligner market. The company's low-cost, guaranteed impression kit, staff of licensed dentists and orthodontists, as well the free product enhancements it offers, make Byte an attractive option for patients who need mild to moderate orthodontic correction.

To get started, patients complete an at-home impression kit and provide photographs to be evaluated through a personalized patient portal. I have been using Byte for 15 weeks now, and I must say it's been worth every penny! If you have insurance, you have the option to use it. If you don't, Byte has their own payment plan that everyone qualifies for - and it's SUPER AFFORDABLE! Braces - traditional or Invisalign - were both not an option for me with a hefty down payment along with an additional $5000+. Byte has made my dream of straighter, WHITER teeth a reality, and I'm so thankful! You won't regret it!

Honestly this process has been painful and not worth it so far. I have been trying to alternate between 24hours and night only but the pain is unbearable and I have a very high pain tolerance. I feel like my teeth are going to fall out.

After researching various invisible aligner companies, I'm glad I selected Byte. They offer night-only aligners, which I am currently using, and I'm very pleased with my progress. I'm about halfway through the program that they designed for me, and the improvement is evident not only to me but to others! I am only at the start of my journey. I've had some setbacks, but hopefully everything will go smoothly. The customer service is lacking, they NEVER check in with you. Also, they are slow to respond to inquires. I expected more.

So far my experience has been good. The support team has answered the few questions that I have had quickly. The aligners and instructions are pretty straight forward. And my teeth seem to be moving quickly with what I assume are normal levels of discomfort. Overall, good experience.
