I’m just beginning my byte journey. So far the customer service has been crazy good. They have an option to choose contacting them via text which is extremely convenient! Even when talking to a new adviser they take the time to read and review your profile so there’s no having to repeat yourself! All my questions have been answered for me almost immediately. The advisers I’ve been in contact with have been so knowledgeable and friendly! Everything has been super easy from the step by step walk through on how to do the impressions to setting up my payment plan.

I've been searching everywhere for affordable aligners and the reviews for Smile Direct Club were not good, when I heard about Byte, I was still skeptical, but the customer service is crazy good and they are always on top of their game. They answered every question I had and if they didn't know the answer, they were honest but informed me that they would find the answer for me in less than twenty four hours. My byte advisor, Dan, was so helpful in everything in regards of insurance and making sure I was doing everything correctly. The impressions kit was so easy to do because the instructions were so thorough. I can't wait to see the end results of this!

This company is far cheaper and better than invisalign and smile club. Byte has exceptional customer service and affordability far beyond the competitors. They excite you to feel great about your insecurities but let you know it's okay to change for your self confidence. Plus they are so much quicker...my plan is 5 months. It's like magic coming from me.

Overall, this has been a good experience. Seven weeks into treatment so far, and have adjusted to the aligners. Good patient support once aligners were delivered. Aligners fit comfortably and are moving the teeth as expected. Excited to see the end result. Preferable to high cost and frequent office visits required with traditional treatment route: less hassle and expense.
