Byte launched its teledentistry platform in 2019 and has since enjoyed remarkable growth in the invisible aligner market. From beginning to end, customer service was phenomenal. Delays due to covid was extremely transparent from the start of communication. All questions I had were answered promptly. The process between sending back impressions to being able to order my aligners was much longer than anticipated. My aligners should be here tomorrow and I'm super excited!

Everything has been quick and easy! The at-home impression kit was super easy to use and very convenient. After only 5 weeks I can see my teeth are starting to get straighter. Not only are my teeth getting straighter but with brightbyte my teeth are getting a lot whiter! Follow the guidelines and everything should be smooth sailing. Would definitely recommend to a friend! The customer service team is quick and effective as well!

I have thought about braces since my teens, now in my forties I decided to finally do something to straighten my smile. After pricing around for braces and other invisible aligners, I am so happy that I decided to go with Byte. If you are thinking about getting byte invisible aligners, I recommend you do it! I have had a great experience with the (responsive and clear) customer service team at every level and am already seeing results about halfway through my treatment plan. Their website is easy to use with a personalized simulation of your smile at the end of treatment. That really keeps me motivated! The only hiccup was on my end bc my credit card company didn’t recognize my purchase (I put flags on my card that I forgot about, but it was resolved with a phone call). Again, that was my issue, not byte’s.
