Overall I am very impressed by Byte. My retainers were a little late to arrive but the I began seeing results immediately. I am now on week 12 and my teeth are almost perfectly straight. Byte is sending me more retainers at no cost until I am happy with the results. It is amazing how fast the treatment is. Very happy with my new smile.

The shipping for me impression kit and aligners were insanely fast! Their customer service is by far my favorite thing. You can TEXT them and they actually answer. I called about pricing and payment options early on and their rep was super personable and helpful. I am currently on my first (about to be second) week of aligners. It is so easy and my teeth are noticeably whiter from the bright byte already! I am loving Byte!
