I’ve had a good experience with Byte, it works if you are committed to wearing the aligners every day/night. Customer service is usually on point, though I did have a slight issue getting started. After I sent in my molds (took me two tries to get it right), I was being contacted by two byte employees almost every day reminding me that it was time sensitive to finish setting up my account and purchase a plan, but then when I responded no one got back to me for a week. That part was frustrating but I am satisfied with the product so far (about half way through the process).

These braces are neat! They fit well and look invisible when worn. I also appreciate the various payment options because they're guaranteed to suit everyone. I'd fit issues with some sets but the customer service was really helpful in resolving them. Great stuff!

Compared to other at-home aligner treatments, Byte definitely has the best incentives. It’s for the most part inexpensive, your first set of retainers is free, a quicker result time than other companies, and the Byte For Life guarantee. Some of the aligners I was sent were shoddy but mostly they were made well. My biggest issue was that none of my aligners properly fit over my back teeth, they lift and cut my cheeks as a result. Support can be slow to reply but when they do reply they try to be as helpful as they can. If Invisalign is too expensive or you just need mild straightening, I would say go with Byte over Smile Direct or Candid.

My experience with Byte so far has been positive. I am just on my 14th-week aligners, and the difference between my previous smile and now is immense. The customer service could be better; it does take them a while to reply to my emails sometimes.

I am currently in week 12 of treatment, although the change in my teeth does not seem majorly noticeable in my smile, I can defiantly feel the difference, especially when flossing, they are not crammed together. Byte customer service has been outstanding, I have presented a lot of questions and they are are always responsive and transparent, which provides me with confidence. I can't wait to see my final smile!

I have been extremely happy with my treatment this far! I am on week 11 and started seeing results after just 4 weeks! The treatment is very easy and oh so very effective without the hassle of going to a regular orthodontic appointment. I would highly recommend!
