On month 11 of a 3 month treatment plan. Customer service is anything except emphatic. I have to leave this review just to receive additional aligner cleaner, since I’m well past the provided 3 month supply.

When we receive a customer's impressions back, our dental team will create a custom treatment plan based on the information they have. Every person's anatomy is different, and sometimes teeth are a bit more stubborn than we anticipated. In order to account for those more stubborn teeth, we may ask to wear the aligners longer or have to readjust our initial approach. I have always been embarrassed by the gap between my two front teeth. I used to have braces as a teenager and my teeth were perfect but I broke one of the front ones when I was 20 and was left with a pretty big gap after my tooth was fixed. Then pregnancy and years of not taking care of my teeth made them even worse. I started by having my teeth repaired with bonding but the gap was still there and I hated it. My dentist said I could do invisalign but the price was just too much for me. I then decided to look into cheaper solutions. Everything was as advertised, there was even a 3D model that showed how it would go and it only took my 15 weeks to have straight teeth. People didn't even know I was wearing them. Customer service answered any questions I had along the way, so overall great!

I had a great experience with Byte. As I got older I had to wear an appliance on my lower front teeth to keep from grinding them at night. This caused my teeth to shift greatly. I can’t believe that after 11 weeks with Byte they were straight again. Amazing!

Great experience thus far! I am nearing the end of my treatment and my teeth have moved quite a bit. I still have a little crowding, which I'm sure they will address but soo far very happy with how Byte has worked.

I've had mixed results with Byte. My top teeth did straighten, but my bottoms have not. Instead of a few months, it is going on a year and a half now, and I've done 4 different impressions so far. It's still cheaper than braces, even if the bottoms aren't moving.
