I'm currently half way thru my treatment so my smile isn't complete. However I do notice and feel my teeth are being moved. So far the support staff has been so helpful it is a pleasant change in customer support.

Byte has great customer service. However, my teeth have not hardly moved in the 15 weeks I have worn my Alligners every day. They have moved a little because they would have had to in order to fit the Alligners but not enough to tell a difference.

Been a process. Not as quick and simple as I originally anticipated however, the end result should be worth it. Have received many compliments already. Also, customer service is not absent. Would recommend 🌞

I started looking into Byte in December '20 after seeing an ad online and have been nothing but delighted ever since. The company's employees are all knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They answered all of my questions online within a 24 hour turnaround time.
I started treatment recently and am currently on Week 4. Both my top and bottom teeth are already noticeably straighter. The BrightByte foam cleanser and whitener has made my teeth whiter than ever, too.
The company definitely didn't skimp on product quality. The packaging alone is very impressive and extremely well-made. I feel very comfortable referring Byte to others.

The evaluation process is thorough and takes some careful attention to detail, but would you want a less detailed assessment to plan orthodontic correction? The company service is excellent. We had the leading competitor for one of our children, and I think byte is better.

From the consult to the final week wearing my aligners, Byte has been easy to use. My advisor was knowledgeable and felt like a personal coach through the process. The BrightByte kept the aligners fresh while whitening my teeth. It’s neat to see how my teeth have adjusted just like the animated mouth in the treatment plan. I have been so pleased with the results. Just 1 more week!!!

Byte has a very easy to use at home system for taking and submitting impressions, with clear, detailed instructions. The aligners come neatly packaged, and them Hyperbite is comfortable and easy to use. I give the system 4 stars because my 15 week treatment has turned into 30 weeks. The initial aligners did not straighten my teeth as original promised in 15 weeks, and I had to repeat the impression process and wait another 2 months from beginning to end for my new set of aligners. I think this process should be expedited for clients currently undergoing treatment. I had to wear the same pair of aligners for 7 weeks while waiting for my new treatment set to arrive.
