Wonderful customer service to get me started on my new smile. The setup process was easy as well. There is no wait time when contacting customer service, which is always nice! On step 13 and already seeing results.

Great service - support has been super helpful in guiding me through the process and answering my questions. The insurance and reimbursement processing have been very easy as well. I'm about 6 weeks in and have been noticing quite a change to my bite already. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to shell out the premium you'd otherwise pay at your dentist

Byte so far has been such an amazing and positive experience. The customer service is truly so helpful. Their team is really responsive and will follow up to make sure all of your questions and concerns are taken care of. I actually had to order refinement retainers and I was super worried about the process but every time I reached out with a question, it was answered promptly! Thank you byte!

If your aligners are having problems fitting for that particular week, just be willing to practice a little extra patience by wearing your aligners for a extra week. That solution has not yet seem to disappoint me yet.

I’m not quite done with my treatment plan but I am very happy that I chose Byte to fix my teeth. I’ve been amazed by their responsiveness to my inquiries. It has been very convenient to do the impressions and take photos from home, with a professional reviewing them and creating a detailed treatment plan. The website is extremely informative and easy to navigate. I am quite pleased with the experience thus far and have no reason to doubt that my teeth will turn out exactly as I have wanted them to look.

Byte is such a wonderful company, and so affordable. I never thought I would actually have straight teeth again and only on week 9, here I am with people noticing my smile is different!! I have 15 weeks total and it’s flown by. So easy to wear and the byte team is amazing.
