Byte launched its teledentistry platform in 2019 and has since enjoyed remarkable growth in the invisible aligner market. I’ve been struggling with my smile for a long time. Since braces are so expensive I thought I just had to accept that fixing my biggest insecurity wasn’t going to happen anytime soon. I am currently in my fourth week of treatment with byte. So far the experience is ok. The only problem i face is that the aligners on the back side of my teeth (top and bottom) does not fit well at all (way over my teeth) and as a result is often very uncomfortable, and even gave me blisters.

Worst customer service ever!! Have been in treatment for 9 weeks and on my own with no support! No one checking on me or anything! Expected more from these people for the type of personalized care we should be getting! Been contacted 1 time in two months other than that all the emails where to refer a friend! The process for getting the (PROTECTION PLAN) was not explained correctly due to the fact that the sales persons is only out to make sale!! Have made numerous calls to speak to a manager and have not been contacted but once through email not phone call like I requested! And that email said that it would take another 72 business hours to follow up!!! REDICULOUS!!!
