I always regretted not having had orthodontics as a teenager. My teeth were OK, but not great. When I heard about Byte, I thought that it would be the easy way to make up for lost time. The intake process was easy (except for gagging while taking the molds, but that's because I have a sensitive mouth and gag at the lightest touch back there). I'm about 1/4 way through the aligner treatment plan and it's super easy and painless. Results are not 100% yet for me, but so far, so good! Sales staff were a little pushy at first, when I was considering my options, but they made it feel like friendly check-ins, so I can't complain.

I am about 1/3 of the way through my treatment, and am loving my experience with Byte thus far. The process has been smooth and simple from impressions, financing, and finally receiving and wearing my aligners. Customer service has always been prompt and helpful. 10 weeks in and already seeing a HUGE difference! I was skeptical of the nighttime treatment plan (only 10 hours of night wear for a few months and I can have straight teeth??) but I already see my teeth finally aligning and it seriously couldn’t be easier to follow! The whitening serum keeps the trays nice and clean while whitening my teeth and the HyperByte takes away 99% of the initial pain when you first pop them in. I couldn’t recommend Byte enough!

I had a really great experience with them. The customer service was really easy to get ahold of and their responses were always prompt. They were even easy to work with after I finished my initial treatment when a couple of my teeth shifted and I need ed more aligners. I would highly recommend them.

Customer service has been absolutely incredible, very fast response and very helpful employees, and very friendly. Would recommend this company to friends and family. Downside treatment has taken a little bit longer than planned.. but that was out of control of byte And they’ve done everything to fix it

So far it has been a great experience. It is easy to follow the step by step guidelines provided by the customer service team. Once the aligners arrive, it is important to get into a daily rithem. Because I'm only a 1/3 into the program, I still have to be patient, but I notice the small changes, such as more space in between my teeth when I floss....

May take few steps / attempts to get the correct fitting aligners but with some patients the treatment will bring desired results . Retainers and lifetime warranty are added perks .
