Still in the byte process- had a week 13 checkup and they saw a few gaps in my aligners (aligners weren't a tight fit like they should be) so they sent out another impression kit and new refinement aligners. Was a little bummed that the checkup wasn't sooner- and that it will take a little longer, but they mentioned sometimes this may happen - but byte customer service took care of me and that is very appreciated! So for any byters out there :) - stay with the process and I would suggest sending pics with aligners every month or every couple of aligners changes to make sure all is good. Byte has been SO easy to use. Everything was packaged up so nicely, came straight to my door, and the customer service was extremely helpful whenever I had questions. I’m halfway through my treatment and could not be happier with it! Very excited to see my new smile. :)

So far I have had a good experience. The process has been easy to follow and I am super happy with the quality of the aligners. They are thinner so less noticeable. The hyperbyte has really helped reduce any discomfort, which there has been very minimal, and I do think it has helped speed the process along.

My job requires a lot of travel and I am living in multiple states for work during the pandemic. I was sure I would have to wait until I moved permanently to one state to get braces but bryte offered me the flexibility to receive treatment without having to go in anywhere or spend time dealing with insurance. They literally did everything and so far everything they have promised has come through. I’m excited to see the final results.

This product is so easy to use and understand. I am on week 3 and so far so good. The team communicates well. The whitening treatment is also a bonus. I reccomend this.

Fantastic customer service. If adjustments are needed to a current treatment plan there is a minor delay between (back/forth) shipments. Company strives for ultimate satisfaction of the consumer - and is evident. Much more reasonable cost when compared to other options (braces or other aligner systems). Extremely satisfied customer. Highly recommend.

HIGHTLY recommend BYTE!! It is a very ingenious, amazing, simple instructions, efficient process, all equipment included to get good molds, insurance may cover, lower cost but basically "invisalign" with NO doctor visits . Customer Care helpful, clear and responsive. FANTASTIC
