Byte launched its teledentistry platform in 2019 and has since enjoyed remarkable growth in the invisible aligner market. My experience with Byte has been amazing so far. The customer service is above and beyond. I love that the process is presented in such a clear, fun way, with a sense of humor. I couldn’t afford a traditional orthodontist, but Byte is affordable, and they gave me a first responder discount, which was both financially helpful and heartfelt. Haven’t received my aligners yet, but I’m looking forward to getting to work on my smile.

After shuffling through a few different companies, Byte seemed to be one of only a handful that actually used licensed orthodontists to prescribe the treatment plans - which was important to me. So thankful I decided to go with them! I was really skeptical of this whole thing at first, but they reassured me that I was in good hands and seem to really care unlike other companies. I noticed a gap in my teeth in the 3D mock up of the treatment plan they sent. I asked my advisor about it, and she had it corrected within an hour. Well, the treatment is definitely very impeccable and you can see each aligners having a difference for each week. I'm using Hyperbyte at the moment and they def help the aligners set in! I am just finishing the treatment with this product( one week left) I have crowded teeth and I was led to believe this product could correct them, after I submitted my dental impression kit. My teeth have moved very little and cosmetically there is no discernable change. I have reached out to DR. Jon Marashi who initially emailed me to let me know I could get the results I wanted. I also submitted a one star review when they asked my by email if I would recommend BYTE. No one has returned my emails. I noticed that since I started BYTE in August, they now require you to sign an arbitration agreement that states that you may need" extractions, and, traditional braces to get the desired... Bought and completed a Byte impression kit over other companies because Byte offered a money-back guarantee if I wasn't a candidate. The process was simple and straight-forward, and I sent my impressions in for evaluation. In parallel, I visited my dentist for my normal check-up, and I asked her about the spacing issues I was seeing. My dentist advised me that unless I addressed an overall issue with my bite (I have a crossbite), any spacing corrected with Byte or another clear aligner company was sure to recur. Byte's customer service needs improving. They are not flexible or helpful with issues that come up. They also ignore/delete reviews from social media (instead of addressing it) which I find to be very suspicious and shady. Why bother when there are other aligner companies for the same price, if not less.
