Byte launched its teledentistry platform in 2019 and has since enjoyed remarkable growth in the invisible aligner market. Byte has given me a beautiful smile. I had a lot of spacing in between my teeth and now with only 4 weeks left, little to no spacing! I had people from the team check in with me periodically to see how my treatment was going which was great. I am finally comfortable and confident smiling with my teeth!

I ordered from Byte mainly because they had the shortest treatment plan. Unfortunately, once I received my last three aligners they didn't fit. I informed Byte and it took them two weeks (after multiple emails from me following up) for them to realize that of course they are going to have to take new impressions to see where my teeth were at. Two weeks ago I sent back the impressions and I had to email one day ago to see if they were even received. I had a response email today stating they did get them, and that they were being reviewed and it will be another 3-4 weeks before I get the new aligners. Before finding byte, I totally didn’t know such an affordable aligner company exists. I’ve always thought of getting my teeth done but the cost was too high for me. With byte, it totally isn’t the case! I’m only a few weeks in the treatment and can already see the progress that my teeth have made! I also really love their customer service- they’re really friendly, helpful and responsive. If you’re looking to get your teeth done, I highly recommend byte!

Still early, only two weeks into my treatment plan. Feeling great about it. The treatment viewer, showing my weekly teeth alignments, helps me see what my teeth are feeling - progress! Great customer service, very helpful. The HyperByte vibrator does relieve any tightness your teeth go through and the treatment plan is evidence it helps complete treatment in a shorter time than the competitors.

Not having a good experience with my aligners. I am on week 9 of 12 and have not seen any change whatsoever. I do have pain when I start a new set which lasts most of the week and then towards the last couple days it is gone. I emailed my concerns and hoping to get some sort of solution considering the huge amount of money spent to correct my teeth. The only good thing I could say so far is their customer service is good at keeping in touch with you to make sure you are doing okay.
