First set of aligners was not correcting teeth properly... Waited several months before another impression kit was delivered and a new set of aligners was sent. But, on the positive side, Byte support was very helpful and followed through with addressing my concerns.

I’m so happy I decided to go on this journey with byte, my teeth weren’t as straight as I wanted them to be so I started byte. I’ve had braces twice as a teen, didn’t wear my retainers, so of course my teeth shifted. Now as a responsible adult, I decided to give teeth straightening one more shot. After doing some research I decided to go with Byte, and I couldn’t be more happy with my decision. Their customer service is outstanding!! They politely answered my many questions, and my aligners even arrived after 2 weeks when they told me it would be 4-6 weeks. I’ve just received them today. If my results are half as good as my experience thus far, I’ll be a happy camper!

Fantastic team and customer service. Very timely responses and guidance with entire process, from initial kit through purchase and aligner wear. aligners are easy to use, easy to change out on a weekly basis. Love the hyperbyte product which truly helps with discomfort. The brytebite is also a great addition to get you those pearly whites! Would highly recommend to anyone interested in straighter, whiter teeth :)
