Would like a more detailed explanation to questions. Always friendly and prompt replies but several different people to deal with during the initial start up as been challenging to me. Just starting out so eager to see what the outcome is.
Customer service is awesome. They are very patient, thorough and quick to replies. Also very happy with the progress so far. 12 more weeks to go.
This is certainly a great company! I recommend this to individuals who are looking for clear aligners. I did not give this company 5 stars just because I always find myself filing the aligners.
Byte is a generation beyond all other invisible aligner companies. There hyperbyte technology, and customer service is stellar. They are a 5 star company. I would recommend them to anyone considering improving their smile.
Within the first couple days of using Byte I started seeing a difference in my teeth. I wore braces for 5 years before using Byte. Its nice to see a difference within the first couple weeks than the 5 years I had braces for! I’m excited to see the finished product. They are available to answer any questions, are super personable, and the process was very easy from my impression kit to starting my treatment. I also think the hyperbyte is an added touch that is different from other companies and probably will help you if this is your first time wearing aligners. It helps with any discomfort. I love byte. They are affordable and I seen progress in my smile in weeks. They provide support for questions and concerns to make sure that the byte journey goes smooth. You can't go wrong with byte.
My issues were always solved within a timely manner! On top of that, they were very friendly.
I’m in my mid-30s and don’t have “bad teeth,” but I’ve never had perfect teeth either. I’ve always been self-conscious about my center gap and overbite, so I finally decided to do something about it. Byte has been a great experience so far and I’m only a third of the way through now. Byte at Night allows me to only wear my aligners for 10 hours a night, so in the daytime I don’t have to worry about anything. I cannot imagine doing this without the help of Hyperbyte, which uses vibrations to alleviate any discomfort you might (and will!) experience. Hey, beauty is a little pain! But it’s all worth it in the end. My only regret so far is not learning about Byte sooner.

I highly recommend Byte! I researched many different aligner companies and decided on Byte due to the positive reviews, and Byte has certainly lived up to the hype. From the beginning of the process, the customer service team is highly attentive, response, and extremely helpful. A patient care advisor has been following my treatment each step of the way.
