As someone who previously had traditional braces and is looking to straighten out some crowding later in life, Byte has been the perfect solution! The process of taking the impressions was straightforward and easy to follow, my treatment plan was ready for me to view very quickly after Byte received my impressions, and customer service has been wonderful to work with! After lots of research, I found Byte to be the best option for me and I have not been disappointed with my treatment thus far! Everything has been progressing as expected (with little to no discomfort, thanks to the Hyperbyte) and I'm so excited to see my results!

Byte has been really good, but not great. I couldn’t quite give them 5 stars. The onboarding process was super quick and had very clear directions and I felt supported by Bytes customer service. The impression kit was quickly processed and I completely believe in the process. I KNOW I will finish my 15 weeks with straight teeth. I was able to use my HSA account for a portion of the treatment, and paid for the rest of it upfront, since my insurance didn’t cover “at-home” kits (which in the midst of covid seems ridiculous, but that has nothing to do with Byte). I am on week 4 of my teeth journey and I have already started getting compliments on my teeth. I had a over bite and a small gap - my gap is completely gone. My teeth are definitely getting better, I am so Glad that I was a candidate.

I strongly recommend Byte if you want to improve your smile. Great customer service. Easy directions and incredibly comfortable. I have worn braces before and my teeth moved a lot over the years. Financing was easy to do and reasonable.
