Byte customer service is a step above. They are very proactive in reaching out to make sure that the treatment gets started on a good note with all required supplies to start. They also reach out periodically to ensure the treatment is going smoothly and that the aligners are working as they should (which they do).

I never had braces as a kid and always wanted them. I went through life being uncomfortable about my overbite. In addition to this smile self-consciousness, I was in a car accident right before going to college where the air bag knocked out my front bottom tooth. So far my experience with Byte has been positive. The product seems to be doing what it's supposed to: straightening my teeth. I also like the Bryte Byte whitener that comes in the package and the packaging is so organized and makes it easy to stay on track. I recommend this product!

Pros: great customer service, aligners feel fine, some results can be seen and felt after a while Cons: may take longer than advertised. My treatment was supposed to last 11 weeks, but my bottom row has not yet fully straightened. I’ve had to wear my last set of aligners for an extra month before I received another set of aligners that would last another 14 weeks. Hopeful that this refinement set works out, may update once my treatment is fully finished.
