I've been using the nighttime only Byte for a few months now. It's super easy and I love that I can use it only at night! The hyperbyte is also a great addition to the experience. It helps with the slight pain you get after changing to the next aligners. My only small complaint is that my original treatment plan had to be changed and I am now having to wait 4 - 6 weeks to receive my new aligners. I'm glad they are staying on top of my results and have changed my aligners based on the results I've gotten so far, but I wish I didn't have to wait to long to receive the new ones.

I’ve been very pleased with each contact with Byte representatives. They are kind and knowledgeable and helpful. I’m only closing out week one, but I can feel shifting already and it’s not uncomfortable at all. Only 11 more weeks to go to see the final product!

My experience with Byte has been great. At first I was a little skeptical as I didn't really know anything about the company, but after reading reviews, I decided to pull the trigger. From beginning to end, my experience has been exceptional. I am most impressed with their customer service. I was assigned my own personal rep who answered all of my questions and walked me through the process from beginning to purchase. 5 weeks into my treatment and I am receiving additional follow up to make sure I'm still pleased with my product - which I am! Byte is a great company. I’m using the nighttime aligners. This way I don’t have to be uncomfortable all day. I’m very happy with my progress. Their customer service is great. When I had an issue with my aligners not fitting just right, they were quick to resolve my issue.
