Byte has been an easy and painless process. I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend it!
I am only 8 weeks in but so far this has been a great experience. I look for ward to changing my aligners weekly and note the progress. Furthermore the customer service team as been so helpful. They answer questions quickly and held my hand during the setup progress so I knew what to expect. Would 100% recommend for people looking to get their perfect smile.
From the mail-in impressions to the aligners themselves, this has been a very easy experience. Customer service is incredible and even though I'm only in my 4th week of my treatment plan, I can NOT wait to see the end result!!
I am currently on Week 7 of my byte aligner treatment. Although I was feeling a bit nervous prior to taking my own impressions, byte made it very easy with clear instructions and reassurance. Once I got my aligners created and sent to me, I was so excited to start the journey to my new smile! The treatment itself is easy to follow, and the kit that comes with your aligners has everything you need to be successful. As an added bonus, my dentist mentioned that my last check up that my teeth look really clean! The process was quick and easy from the impressions to getting the aligners. I am extremely happy with the no hassle plan especially amidst this pandemic.
The Customer Care Team at Byte is extremely easy to work with. The entire process, from molds to receiving the aligners was really straightforward, and the aligners are clearly labeled so that each week you can switch to new aligners seamlessly. Week 10, I can already tell it's working!
This process has been so incredibly easy! From doing the impressions to adjusting my smile, everything has been simple and with great guidance. I was able to see dramatic changes within the first few weeks and can't wait to the final outcome. Not to mention they are super quick to respond any time you reach out with questions! Byte's product is superb. I have been nothing but impressed with this product and the company since I started down this path.
