I'm currently on the step 3/14 of my aligners, but I have loved the costumer service, since the beginning they were really helpful and even applied a discount to my purchase. Also they kept me informed at every step of the process from receiving my impression kit until I got my aligners.
Both packages were really beautiful and came with a bunch of instructions and references to videos explaining how to proceed in each step.
Talking about the actual aligners the first set was a bit painful, but once that you get use to it, the other sets sit comfortably.
I can see and feel how my teeth are moving and I'm really excited to check my new smile

The team at Byte was very helpful and honest while I was still researching. They helped me figure what the best financial option was for me. The starter kit was easy to complete. It came with very detailed instructions. The aligners are super nice and feel great. I don’t really notice that I’m wearing them at night.
All is going well with the treatment plan. Just one concern but after speaking with my advisor a new impression kit was taken and we shall go from there
Painful process but it does the job. Feels good to finally be able to show off a nicer smile.
I was worried that they would be too big because there are some on the bottom and top teeth, but I don't even know they are there and my friends and family don't know they are there unless I tell them.
Everyone that works at Byte is very helpful and nice. They help make the step by step process very easy. It’s only been 4 weeks and I already can see a huge difference in my smile!
If you need aligners and don't want traditional braces or pay $6,000 for invisalign, this seems like a no brainer. Very responsive team and you can tell they are trying to provide the best value to their customers.
They are helpful, and accommodating. The aligners can be uncomfortable at first, and they did cut my tongue but I was able to adjust and have not had issues since. Every time I reach out someone responds in a very nice, professional manner.
