The byte experience has been a great one overall! It took longer then originally planned to get my top teeth straight based on the first assessment with my first set of molds turned in BUT they are definitely getting straighter and I’m looking forward to the end result. I’m about half way through and can tell such a dramatic difference so far and so grateful I found byte! The customer service from beginning to end has been really great and no complaints or concerns they have not been able to handle quickly!

Byte is amazing and crushes smile direct club. Bytes aligners are made more accurately, better material, great service, and have a HyperByte that changes the game. Avoid Smile Direct Club all together and just go to Byte. Save yourself the hassle and go with Byte. Trying SDC first I ended up with a products that didn't fit, products that cut my finger, gums, tongue, and even received the wrong material. Then I ran into Byte, I had a direct contact from the beginning to end for any questions or help. TRULY AMAZING, I would go city to city, person to person, door to door, talking about byte because you couldn't ask for a better experience.

Unorganized. Just received my second set of aligners that I was told I was not going to receive because they needed new impressions done. Asked about them and was told oh yea I guess that order went through. This second set came in a flimsy box with no explanation as to why I have more aligners than originally planned. This on top of my original aligners being mailed to the wrong address.
