So far so good - I'm 2 weeks into my aligners. Here's what this has been like so far. I ordered my impression kit and was immediately connected to a representative who communicated frequently to help me get everything done correctly and sent back. They worked with me until I made my order. That's to be expected though, right? Everyone is going to be nice up front to get business. And they were great! They helped me set up financing, helped me get a great deal, it was awesome. I finally got my aligners (they are 3d printed in Jordan, from what I can tell, so it took a few weeks). From the beginning I’ve been nothing but impressed with Byte!! I chose Byte because of the rave reviews and the simplicity of the website and process. I'm only 5 weeks in, but I'm seeing an improvement. Customer service was great. They initially sent the wrong bottoms for the whole treatment. It only took a week to get the replacement. I am satisfied so far I am looking forward to the bottom straightening in the coming weeks.
